Over the past few months we have told you all the details of this adventure. From taking charge of the project, up to the emotions before the launch.
In this article we will offer you an overview of everything we have organized.

Step 1
Contacts, press conferences and first steps
May 29 marks the beginning of this long march. This is in fact the date of the press conference organized in the Sala Arazzi. An important moment during which Alessio Aglione, Sales Executive of Winning Moves, in the presence of the Mayor of Verona Federico Sboarina and some councilors and councilors, officially announced the arrival of a special edition of Monopoly dedicated to Verona. All the local media take part in the press conference and will relaunch the news in their newspapers in the days immediately following.
After the thematic versions of Naples and Rome, our beautiful city was chosen for Northern Italy.
What better occasion to reveal the first square of the board? This is Ponte Pietra!

Step 3
The launch
November 9 is the date officially chosen for the launch.
Very excited days see us protagonists of a race against time to: disseminate promotional tokens in all the city buses (thanks a lot to ATV), inflate 32 dice, print the 10-meter maxi board and transport it to the event location (yes, it was not a walk in the park), create roll-ups and promotional PVC banners to set up the staircase of Palazzo Barbieri, recover Mr. Monopoly from his thousand raids and pray (we really did) that it doesn’t rain.
The event is attended by over 200 people, the two local TV channels of TeleArena and Telenuovo and other online and printed newspaper media are present. Through the activities of p.r. we are able to ensure the presence of We are Instagramers Verona and Verona Eventi

The special guests are certainly the Mayor Federico Sboarina, Moveshop, the companies Hellas Verona and Chievo Verona, Agec, EyeLab Design, Ottaviano, Bottega dei Vini, Villa Monga Boutique Hotel, Adigeo, Istituto Design Palladio and of course all the staff of our agency and a delegation arrived directly from London by Winning Moves.

Step 4
Promotion!
After the launch event, the game officially arrives on the shelves of the best toy stores.
Finished you say? Not yet! In fact, for each weekend we have planned promotional initiatives. A game tournament at Lucchi Giocattoli, a jog at the Toy March and a foray at the Bentegodi Stadium live SKY during the Hellas Verona – Rome match.
It ends with a flourish, with an event with AIRC for charitable purposes in Gran Guardia. For the occasion, let’s dust off the maxi board, the inflatable dice and collect reservations for the purchase of Monopoly Verona which in the meantime has gone so fast as to be finished!
At Christmas we are all better off and therefore part of the proceeds from this latest event will be donated to charity to support pediatric cancer research.
A special commendation goes to Andrea Piccinini, owner of Acme Sicurezza, who decided this year to give copies of Monopoly Verona to his employees, thus contributing to the cause of AIRC.
